The Tri-Force Drug Unit, composed of the Thunder Bay Police, OPP and RCMP are issuing a follow-up press release concerning a press conference conducted on the 18 October in relation to the arrest of a number of individuals involved in an international drug trafficking network, in the region.
Today, Anthony Marozzo, age 39, of 358 Toledo St., Thunder Bay, pled guilty to a number of charges including conspiracy to import a controlled substance, conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance and obstruct justice. His honour Dino Digiuseppe of the Ontario Court of Justice sentenced Anthony Marozzo to 10 years in custody on the charges and he will be housed in the federal penitentiary system.
