COCAINE

• Cocaine is derived from the Coca plant in South America
• When shipped usually in blocks and is usually in its purest forms, white off white.
• Prior to the actual distribution the cocaine is "cut". Diluted by adding baking soda, sugar…
• Packaged in plastic or glossy magazines for its none absorbing characteristics.
• Cocaine is a stimulant and is extremely addictive

SYMPTOMS OF USE

• temporary euphoria
• transitory feeling of power
• increased energy
• loss of weight
• agitation
• accelerated heart beat
• increase in blood pressure
• profuse sweating

• Addiction
• Anxiety and depression
• Mood swings
• insomnia
• Defensive attitude
• Paranoia and hallucinations
• Suicide

• Smoked
• Snorted
• Injected

• Financial problems
• Legal problems
• Loss of employment
• Weight loss
• After heavy use, irrepressible need to sleep
